With the purpose of sharing knowledge and interacting with the different specialties that seek to improve stroke patients’ integral care, we will carry out, on the following 27th, 28th and 29th of April, in Medellín – Colombia, the 31st version of the annual academic meeting of the GSANIT (South American Group of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuro-Radiology) where we will bring together different medical specialists in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neurointervention, Emergency Medicine and Neuro-critical Care.

27th and 28th of April : GSANIT Academic meeting
29th of April : STROKE Summit

From 8am to 6pm

Certificate included

Towards the end of the 1980s, several South American radiologists and neurosurgeons received neuro- angiography training in foreign specialized centers, mainly in France, and returned and started these activities in their respective countries.
Because these endovascular neurological procedures are new techniques, and not yet widely used in the continent, we felt there was a lack of a space where colleagues could
exchange their own experiences arising from their own practice.
It’s now been three decades since the beginning of GSANIT, we are truly proud to see our specialty grow in our continent, and we always try to maintain the same spirit of informality and true camaraderie thanks to the active participation of the great group of interventionists.
Our 31st meeting will be held in Medellin- Colombia on April 27, 28 and 29, 2022.
